The king of hors d’oeuvres!

Cockles are a low-fat shellfish of great protein value. The vitamins contained are A and B, and especially B1, B2 and B3.

Pepus cockles are selected in the fish market at the ideal time of each season in mid-July and until October. They are then classified by size and packed in bulk.
